14-Day Cancellation Right

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us within the 14-day cancellation period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Return Conditions

Please return items with their original packaging where reasonably possible.

You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. However, we may make a deduction from your refund if the goods have lost value because of handling beyond what is necessary to inspect them.

Return Postage

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Refunds

For valid consumer cancellations, we will refund the purchase price and any standard outbound delivery charge paid.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method, normally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

We may delay a cancellation refund until the goods are returned or you provide evidence of posting.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by this policy.
